Sanding
It is our goal to sand your floor to as close to perfection as possible. However, there are times when sanding can only do so much. Examples include stains from pet urine and/or other sources of moisture, and/or deep gauges and scratches. When sanding cannot correct these problems, removing problem boards and installing new flooring is suggested.

Staining
Color(s) must be final approved by the homeowner before staining begins. To make this decision easier, we will gladly show you samples of any color or combination of colors until you feel that you have chosen the right one.

Polyurethane
We apply three coats of polyurethane to every McGrath Wood Floor, which is standard in the industry. What isn't standard is our strict belief in using top quality polyurethane and buffing between every coat, producing a beautifully finished floor that will last.
